If you are currently or thinking of letting your property in the future please contact us for a non obligatory rental market appraisal.

Our normal service we would offer would be to advertise your property (website, facebook, twitter etc.), locate suitable tenants, arrange a credit/rent guarantor/previous landlord referencing, complete an assured shorthold tenancy agreement, inventory list of contents and schedule of conditions, collect a bond/deposit, equal to a month's rent to be secured with The DPS., obtain and deposit rents, conduct previously arranged & random inspections and provide a detailed property owner's report and monthly rental statement.

Fees: 8% to 12.5% (dependent on size of property portfolio)

No VAT is charged.
